      1. Go to the industryiceberg website or open the ii app.
      2. Click on your profile in the upper-right corner.
      3. Go to Account Settings.
      4. Select Cancel Membership under the Membership and Billing section.

    No Refunds: industryiceberg typically does not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused services, or content. Even if you cancel your subscription before the billing cycle ends, you’ll still have access to the service until the current billing period concludes, but no refunds will be provided for the time you won’t use the service.Exceptional Circumstances:
    In rare cases, if there’s an error in billing or an issue with the service, industryiceberg customer support may review your case and, at their discretion, provide a refund or credit.
